Delete your Fish Receipt account

You can permanently delete your Fish Receipt account and the receipts saved in it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open Fish Receipt and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Deletion can't be undone. If you want to keep any information, such as a Claim Card, save it before you delete your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account deletes your Fish Receipt account and sign-in, your saved receipts and receipt images, and your price-drop alerts. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Fish Receipt's access to your Apple sign-in.

What may be kept

Some limited information may remain for a period of time in security logs and backups, in records needed to complete or verify the deletion, or where we are required to keep it by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Delete only some data

You don't need to delete your account to remove a receipt. You can delete an individual receipt in the app, which also deletes its stored image. You can also turn receipt reading off under Profile → Privacy Policy → Receipt reading.
